the daily dose of art IMMANUEL CHURCH

It's time to replace the Sunday Barn with the Sunday Church, and today's offering is the Immanuel Church in historic Old New Castle, Delaware.  I don't have access to the exact date of this painting, probably in the mid to late 1980s.  The church was devastated by a fire several years earlier but was carefully rebuilt to look exactly as it did before the fire.

THE DAILY URBAN LANDSCAPE #34 WILMINGTON BACKSIDES

I will resist making any and all of the smart-ass remarks I can make about my interest in backsides.
This morning I'm posting to paintings done in the 1980s: the first is a view of Old New Castle where I am standing with my back to the Delaware River, the second is looking at the back of a group of row homes, but I no longer remember where there were.
