If you are a regular reader of this blog it should be obvious that I have avoided two elements in my art, large bodies of water and snow. I have decided to depart from routine and take on some snow. Several days ago I posted this painting:

I like both versions and appreciate the insight into the process of producing the snowy version.
Oh, I love the snow version especially!! That's a lot of work you've done on the ground just to cover it up with snow again, isn't it?
will you put the barn under or on a large body of water in the next one?
