YOU’RE AS YOUNG AS YOU ARE

After my parents died over 10 years ago we divided some of their attic treasures between myself and my 3 daughters. Last night my oldest daughter called to tell me that she was going through some papers in one of the trunks and found my birth certificate which my parents thought had been lost. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I was born in 1944, and nor 1939!! Saying I was delighted to have back those 5 years does not do justice to the emotions that overwhelmed me. But then I thought about the social security I have been collecting. Will I have to give it back?! Will I be penalized? How will I pay for it? The elation quickly gave way to apprehension. I will call an attorney first thing this morning and am anxious to hear what he has to say.

I cannot believe this!! I will keep you posted on the developments.

Oh my God! That is unbelievable! And to think I let you kiss me on the mouth thinking you were an old man!

well that's interesting. My question is how can your parents not have known you were born in 1944. That seems like a big gap. I probably just don't know the whole story though.

Does that mean that you graduated high school when you were 13 years old?

What a bizarre thing to happen.
Isn't obvious now that we all want the full story!!
Have you spent your whole life thinking that you were born in 1939?
Tell all.
