TEMPLE OF THE RECYCLED VIRGINS

There is, in this neighborhood, a devilish blogger who goes by the name of Aynex. She recently challenged me and 5 otherwise innocent and harmless blogers to “make something”. (It could not be a painting....damn!!) So...in order to stay in the good graces of this person called Aynex, I have “made something” and am presenting it today. It was inspired by a recent news article about women who have decided to “reclaim” their lost virginity by simply thinking of themselves as virgins.

The Temple

another view of the great temple...unfortunately no virgins are in the temple today

Here the temple is in the shadow cast by the god of Thumb your nose to all.

Hi Bill,

I was just checking out people that paint, and I came across your blog. I like your art work, all of it.

I write and paint. Like you I'm retired. Take a look at my blog, I think you might find it interesting.

I'll check back later.

Nice temple, Bill! That second photo
really evokes a feeling to it.

I always find it so hard to switch from 2D to 3D work!
