Old house acrylic on canvas 24x36
This canvas is currently on my easel. I thought it was finished but now have some doubts. I have to lighten the L side of the house which in my prelim sketches was a lighter value. Also, the reflected sky in the foreground water seems to light, or to blue.
I'm pleased with the sky - used a technique of mulitple washes and blotting that I used in the window series in an attempt to be more abstract then literal.
